Terms of Service
1. About the app
THRIVE LINKED is a web application for keeping track of personal and shared money, operated by Inge Vinković (Croatia). It is currently in private testing (see 1a).
Beyond a monthly budget, THRIVE LINKED covers shared expense groups that you can share with another THRIVE LINKED user, credit-card statements you upload, savings envelopes, spending analytics, and automatic categorisation of transactions with the help of an AI service. Where you authorise it, THRIVE LINKED reads bank-account information via the Enable Banking PSD2 service and organises it for you. THRIVE LINKED only reads: it does not initiate payments, does not move money between people, and does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
1a. Testing phase
THRIVE LINKED is currently in a private testing phase with a small group of invited users and is not yet offered as a commercial service. During this phase the app is provided free of charge and as-is: features may change, occasional bugs are possible, and availability is not guaranteed. Bank connections are currently available only to the operator's own accounts; test users use manual entry, shared-expense groups, and statement upload. Do not rely on THRIVE LINKED as your only record of financial information.
2. Who may use it
THRIVE LINKED is intended for individuals at least 18 years old who want to keep track of their own money. You agree to use the app only for your own lawful purposes. You may record expenses you share with other people and invite them to a shared group (see 3a), but you may not manage another person's finances through your account on their behalf.
3. Your account & bank authorisation
- You sign in with an email address; you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
- Connecting a bank requires Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) with your bank. THRIVE LINKED never sees or stores your bank credentials.
- Bank-data consent is granted to THRIVE LINKED for up to 90 days per PSD2 rules; after that period you may renew it or let it lapse.
- You may revoke bank access at any time through your bank's online banking, or by deleting the connection in THRIVE LINKED.
3a. Shared expense groups
You may share an expense group with other people and invite them by link. If you do:
- everything you enter in that group — description, amount, date, who paid and the split — becomes visible to the other members of that group, and stays with the group as a shared record even if you later leave or delete your account;
- every member of a shared group may add, edit and delete entries in it, so only share a group with people you trust;
- only add other people's names, or a payment link, if you are entitled to do so;
- invite links are single-use and expire; treat a link as you would any private link and send it only to the person it is meant for;
- your budget, accounts, balances and bank data are never part of a shared group.
View-only links. Any member may create a read-only link to a shared group so that someone can look at it without installing THRIVE LINKED and without an account. Such a link can be forwarded, so anyone who receives it can see that group's expenses and balances — create one only with the agreement of the other members, and switch it off when it is no longer needed (switching it off makes every copy of the link stop working). A view link can only be used to look: nothing can be entered or changed through it. Payment details are shown on it for each member who has left that setting on for themselves, so that whoever owes money can pay it; you control your own, and you cannot switch on anyone else's. You are responsible for who you send the link to.
THRIVE LINKED only records what the members enter. It does not verify who actually owes what, does not move money between members, and is not a party to any settlement between you.
3b. Assets and estimated values
You can record property, land, savings and investments so THRIVE LINKED can show your net worth. These figures are whatever you enter; THRIVE LINKED does not verify them against any register.
If you ask THRIVE LINKED to estimate what a property is worth, it searches public listings and returns a range. That is an estimate, not a valuation or an appraisal, it is not produced by a licensed valuer, and it may be wrong. Do not rely on it for a sale, a purchase, a mortgage, an insurance claim, a tax return or any other decision where the real figure matters — get a proper valuation. You can always type your own value over it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access another user's account or data;
- reverse-engineer, abuse, or attack the service or its providers;
- use the service to violate any law or any third party's rights;
- connect bank accounts that do not belong to you, without proper authorisation.
5. Service availability & "as-is"
THRIVE LINKED is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The app may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Data shown in THRIVE LINKED — including balances, transactions, and categorisations — may contain errors or delays and must not be relied upon as an official statement from your bank.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian and EU law, the operator of THRIVE LINKED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer-protection rules).
7. Third-party services
THRIVE LINKED relies on third-party providers (notably Enable Banking, Supabase, and Cloudflare). Your use of bank-data features is also subject to Enable Banking's terms and to your bank's terms. The operator of THRIVE LINKED is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.
8. Privacy
Use of THRIVE LINKED is also governed by the Privacy Notice, which describes what personal data is processed, where it is stored, and your rights under the GDPR.
9. Termination
You may stop using THRIVE LINKED at any time. You can delete your data from the app (and request deletion of cloud-stored data via the contact email in the Privacy Notice). The operator may suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms or use the app abusively.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of THRIVE LINKED after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Uvjeti korištenja
1. O aplikaciji
THRIVE LINKED je web-aplikacija za praćenje osobnog i zajedničkog novca, a vodi ju Inge Vinković (Hrvatska). Trenutno je u privatnom testiranju (vidjeti 1a).
Osim mjesečnog budžeta, THRIVE LINKED pokriva grupe podijeljenih troškova koje možete dijeliti s drugim korisnikom THRIVE LINKED-a, izvadke kreditnih kartica koje učitate, omotnice za štednju, analitiku potrošnje i automatsko razvrstavanje transakcija uz pomoć AI usluge. Ondje gdje to odobrite, THRIVE LINKED čita podatke o bankovnom računu preko PSD2 usluge Enable Banking i slaže ih za vas. THRIVE LINKED isključivo čita: ne pokreće plaćanja, ne prenosi novac među ljudima i ne pruža financijske, investicijske ni porezne savjete.
1a. Faza testiranja
THRIVE LINKED je trenutno u privatnoj fazi testiranja, s malom skupinom pozvanih korisnika, i još se ne nudi kao komercijalna usluga. Tijekom te faze aplikacija je besplatna i pruža se „takva kakva jest": značajke se mogu mijenjati, moguće su povremene greške, a dostupnost nije zajamčena. Povezivanje banke trenutno je dostupno samo za račune same voditeljice; test-korisnici koriste ručni unos, grupe podijeljenih troškova i učitavanje izvadaka. Nemojte se oslanjati na THRIVE LINKED kao na jedini zapis svojih financijskih podataka.
2. Tko ga smije koristiti
THRIVE LINKED je namijenjen osobama od najmanje 18 godina koje žele pratiti vlastiti novac. Pristajete aplikaciju koristiti isključivo u vlastite i zakonite svrhe. Smijete bilježiti troškove koje dijelite s drugim ljudima i pozvati ih u podijeljenu grupu (vidjeti 3a), ali ne smijete preko svog računa voditi tuđe financije u njihovo ime.
3. Vaš račun i odobrenje banci
- Prijavljujete se e-adresom; odgovorni ste za sigurnost pristupa toj e-adresi.
- Povezivanje banke zahtijeva snažnu autentifikaciju (SCA) kod vaše banke. THRIVE LINKED nikada ne vidi niti pohranjuje vaše bankovne vjerodajnice.
- Privola za bankovne podatke daje se THRIVE LINKED-u na najviše 90 dana, prema pravilima PSD2; nakon toga ju možete obnoviti ili pustiti da istekne.
- Pristup banci možete opozvati u svakom trenutku kroz internetsko bankarstvo svoje banke ili brisanjem veze u THRIVE LINKED-u.
3a. Grupe podijeljenih troškova
Grupu troškova smijete podijeliti s drugim ljudima i pozvati ih linkom. Ako to učinite:
- sve što upišete u tu grupu — opis, iznos, datum, tko je platio i podjela — postaje vidljivo ostalim članovima te grupe i ostaje u grupi kao zajednički zapis i ako ju kasnije napustite ili obrišete svoj račun;
- svaki član podijeljene grupe smije dodavati, mijenjati i brisati unose u njoj, pa grupu dijelite samo s ljudima kojima vjerujete;
- tuđa imena ili podatke za plaćanje dodajte samo ako na to imate pravo;
- linkovi s pozivnicom vrijede jednokratno i istječu; prema takvom linku postupajte kao prema svakom privatnom linku i pošaljite ga samo osobi kojoj je namijenjen;
- Vaš budžet, računi, stanja i bankovni podaci nikada nisu dio podijeljene grupe.
Linkovi samo za pregled. Svaki član smije napraviti link samo za čitanje kako bi netko grupu mogao pogledati bez instaliranja THRIVE LINKED-a i bez računa. Takav se link može proslijediti, pa troškove i stanja te grupe vidi svatko tko ga primi — napravite ga samo uz suglasnost ostalih članova i isključite ga kad više nije potreban (isključivanjem prestaje raditi svaka njegova kopija). Link za pregled služi samo gledanju: kroz njega se ništa ne može unijeti ni promijeniti. Podaci za plaćanje prikazuju se na njemu za svakog člana koji je tu postavku ostavio uključenom za sebe, kako bi onaj tko duguje mogao platiti; vi upravljate svojom postavkom i ne možete uključiti tuđu. Odgovorni ste za to kome šaljete link.
THRIVE LINKED samo bilježi ono što članovi unesu. Ne provjerava tko kome stvarno duguje, ne prenosi novac među članovima i nije stranka u vašem međusobnom podmirenju.
3b. Imovina i procijenjene vrijednosti
Možete upisati nekretnine, zemljište, štednju i ulaganja kako bi vam THRIVE LINKED mogao prikazati neto vrijednost. Ti su iznosi onakvi kakve sami upišete; THRIVE LINKED ih ne provjerava ni u kakvom registru.
Ako od THRIVE LINKED-a zatražite procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine, on pretražuje javne oglase i vraća raspon. To je procjena, a ne procjena vještaka, ne izrađuje ju ovlašteni procjenitelj i može biti pogrešna. Nemojte se na nju oslanjati kod prodaje, kupnje, kredita, odštetnog zahtjeva, porezne prijave ni bilo koje druge odluke u kojoj je stvarni iznos bitan — zatražite pravu procjenu. U svakom trenutku možete upisati svoju vrijednost.
4. Prihvatljivo korištenje
Pristajete da nećete:
- pokušavati pristupiti tuđem računu ili podacima;
- obrnutim inženjeringom, zlouporabom ili napadom ugrožavati uslugu ili njezine pružatelje;
- koristiti uslugu za kršenje bilo kojeg zakona ili tuđih prava;
- povezivati bankovne račune koji nisu vaši, bez odgovarajućeg ovlaštenja.
5. Dostupnost usluge i „takva kakva jest"
THRIVE LINKED se pruža „takav kakav jest" i „kako je dostupan", bez ikakvog jamstva, izričitog ili podrazumijevanog, uključujući utrživost, prikladnost za određenu svrhu, točnost ili nepovredivost prava. Aplikacija se može mijenjati, obustaviti ili ukinuti u svakom trenutku i bez najave. Podaci prikazani u THRIVE LINKED-u — uključujući stanja, transakcije i razvrstavanja — mogu sadržavati greške ili kašnjenja i ne smiju se uzimati kao službeni izvadak vaše banke.
6. Ograničenje odgovornosti
U najvećoj mjeri dopuštenoj hrvatskim pravom i pravom EU, voditeljica THRIVE LINKED-a ne odgovara za neizravnu, slučajnu, posljedičnu ili kaznenu štetu, niti za izmaklu dobit, gubitak podataka ili ugleda, nastale iz korištenja aplikacije ili u vezi s njim. Ništa u ovim uvjetima ne ograničava odgovornost koja se prema mjerodavnom pravu ne smije ograničiti (uključujući propise o zaštiti potrošača).
7. Usluge trećih strana
THRIVE LINKED se oslanja na pružatelje usluga trećih strana (osobito Enable Banking, Supabase i Cloudflare). Korištenje značajki s bankovnim podacima podliježe i uvjetima Enable Bankinga te uvjetima vaše banke. Voditeljica THRIVE LINKED-a ne odgovara za postupke ili propuste tih trećih strana.
8. Privatnost
Korištenje THRIVE LINKED-a uređuju i Pravila privatnosti, koja opisuju koji se osobni podaci obrađuju, gdje se pohranjuju i koja su vaša prava prema GDPR-u.
9. Prestanak korištenja
THRIVE LINKED možete prestati koristiti u svakom trenutku. Podatke možete obrisati u aplikaciji (a brisanje podataka pohranjenih u oblaku zatražiti na kontaktnoj e-adresi iz Pravila privatnosti). Voditeljica smije obustaviti ili ukinuti pristup korisnicima koji krše ove uvjete ili aplikaciju koriste zlonamjerno.
10. Mjerodavno pravo
Na ove se uvjete primjenjuje pravo Republike Hrvatske i mjerodavno pravo EU. Svaki spor koji se ne riješi sporazumno u nadležnosti je sudova u Zagrebu, Hrvatska, ne dirajući u prisilne propise o zaštiti potrošača vaše države prebivališta.
11. Izmjene
Ovi se uvjeti mogu mijenjati; važeća verzija uvijek je objavljena na ovoj adresi s novim datumom „Zadnja izmjena". Nastavak korištenja THRIVE LINKED-a nakon izmjene znači da prihvaćate izmijenjene uvjete.

Über das Monatsbudget hinaus umfasst THRIVE LINKED geteilte Ausgabengruppen, die Sie mit einer anderen THRIVE LINKED-Person teilen können, hochgeladene Kreditkartenabrechnungen, Sparumschläge, Ausgaben- Analysen und die automatische Kategorisierung von Transaktionen mithilfe eines KI-Dienstes. Wo Sie es freigeben, liest THRIVE LINKED Bankkontodaten über den PSD2-Dienst Enable Banking und bereitet sie für Sie auf. THRIVE LINKED liest ausschließlich: Es löst keine Zahlungen aus, bewegt kein Geld zwischen Personen und gibt keine Finanz-, Anlage- oder Steuerberatung.
1a. Testphase
THRIVE LINKED befindet sich derzeit in einer privaten Testphase mit einer kleinen Gruppe eingeladener Personen und wird noch nicht als kommerzieller Dienst angeboten. Während dieser Phase ist die App kostenlos und wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt: Funktionen können sich ändern, gelegentliche Fehler sind möglich, und die Verfügbarkeit ist nicht garantiert. Bankverbindungen stehen derzeit nur für die Konten der Betreiberin zur Verfügung; Testnutzer verwenden manuelle Erfassung, geteilte Ausgabengruppen und den Upload von Abrechnungen. Verlassen Sie sich nicht auf THRIVE LINKED als einzige Aufzeichnung Ihrer Finanzdaten.
2. Wer sie nutzen darf
THRIVE LINKED richtet sich an Personen ab 18 Jahren, die ihr eigenes Geld im Blick behalten wollen. Sie verpflichten sich, die App nur für eigene, rechtmäßige Zwecke zu nutzen. Sie dürfen Ausgaben erfassen, die Sie mit anderen teilen, und diese in eine geteilte Gruppe einladen (siehe 3a), aber Sie dürfen über Ihr Konto nicht die Finanzen einer anderen Person in deren Auftrag führen.
3. Ihr Konto und die Bankfreigabe
- Sie melden sich mit einer E-Mail-Adresse an; für den sicheren Zugang zu dieser Adresse sind Sie verantwortlich.
- Eine Bankverbindung erfordert die starke Kundenauthentifizierung (SCA) bei Ihrer Bank. THRIVE LINKED sieht oder speichert Ihre Bankzugangsdaten nie.
- Die Einwilligung zu Bankdaten gilt nach PSD2 für bis zu 90 Tage; danach können Sie sie erneuern oder auslaufen lassen.
- Sie können den Bankzugriff jederzeit über das Online-Banking Ihrer Bank oder durch Löschen der Verbindung in THRIVE LINKED widerrufen.
3a. Geteilte Ausgabengruppen
Sie dürfen eine Ausgabengruppe mit anderen teilen und sie per Link einladen. Wenn Sie das tun:
- wird alles, was Sie in dieser Gruppe eintragen — Beschreibung, Betrag, Datum, wer bezahlt hat und die Aufteilung — für die anderen Mitglieder sichtbar und bleibt als gemeinsamer Datensatz in der Gruppe, auch wenn Sie sie später verlassen oder Ihr Konto löschen;
- darf jedes Mitglied Einträge hinzufügen, ändern und löschen — teilen Sie eine Gruppe also nur mit Personen, denen Sie vertrauen;
- tragen Sie fremde Namen oder Zahlungsdaten nur ein, wenn Sie dazu berechtigt sind;
- sind Einladungslinks einmalig gültig und laufen ab; behandeln Sie einen solchen Link wie jeden privaten Link und schicken Sie ihn nur der Person, für die er bestimmt ist;
- sind Ihr Budget, Ihre Konten, Salden und Bankdaten nie Teil einer geteilten Gruppe.
Nur-Lesen-Links. Jedes Mitglied darf einen Nur-Lesen-Link zu einer geteilten Gruppe erstellen, damit jemand sie ohne Installation von THRIVE LINKED und ohne Konto ansehen kann. Ein solcher Link kann weitergeleitet werden, sodass jeder, der ihn erhält, die Ausgaben und Salden dieser Gruppe sieht — erstellen Sie ihn nur im Einvernehmen mit den anderen Mitgliedern und schalten Sie ihn ab, wenn er nicht mehr gebraucht wird (durch das Abschalten funktioniert jede Kopie nicht mehr). Ein Nur-Lesen-Link dient nur dem Ansehen: Darüber lässt sich nichts eintragen oder ändern. Zahlungsdaten werden darauf für jedes Mitglied angezeigt, das diese Einstellung für sich eingeschaltet gelassen hat, damit wer schuldet auch bezahlen kann; Sie steuern Ihre eigene und können die eines anderen nicht einschalten. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, wem Sie den Link schicken.
THRIVE LINKED hält nur fest, was die Mitglieder eintragen. Es prüft nicht, wer wem tatsächlich etwas schuldet, bewegt kein Geld zwischen Mitgliedern und ist an Ihrem Ausgleich nicht beteiligt.
3b. Vermögenswerte und geschätzte Werte
Sie können Immobilien, Grundstücke, Ersparnisse und Anlagen erfassen, damit THRIVE LINKED Ihr Nettovermögen anzeigen kann. Diese Beträge sind das, was Sie eintragen; THRIVE LINKED gleicht sie mit keinem Register ab.
Wenn Sie THRIVE LINKED bitten, den Wert einer Immobilie zu schätzen, durchsucht es öffentliche Angebote und liefert eine Spanne. Das ist eine Schätzung, kein Gutachten, sie stammt nicht von einem zugelassenen Sachverständigen und kann falsch sein. Verlassen Sie sich nicht darauf bei einem Verkauf, einem Kauf, einer Finanzierung, einer Versicherungsforderung, einer Steuererklärung oder jeder anderen Entscheidung, bei der der tatsächliche Wert zählt — holen Sie ein richtiges Gutachten ein. Sie können jederzeit Ihren eigenen Wert eintragen.
4. Zulässige Nutzung
Sie verpflichten sich, Folgendes zu unterlassen:
- zu versuchen, auf das Konto oder die Daten einer anderen Person zuzugreifen;
- den Dienst oder seine Anbieter zurückzuentwickeln, zu missbrauchen oder anzugreifen;
- den Dienst zu nutzen, um Gesetze oder Rechte Dritter zu verletzen;
- Bankkonten zu verbinden, die Ihnen nicht gehören, ohne entsprechende Berechtigung.
5. Verfügbarkeit und „wie besehen"
THRIVE LINKED wird „wie besehen" und „wie verfügbar" bereitgestellt, ohne jede ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung, einschließlich Marktgängigkeit, Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck, Richtigkeit oder Nichtverletzung von Rechten. Die App kann jederzeit ohne Ankündigung geändert, ausgesetzt oder eingestellt werden. In THRIVE LINKED angezeigte Daten — auch Salden, Transaktionen und Kategorisierungen — können Fehler oder Verzögerungen enthalten und dürfen nicht als offizieller Kontoauszug Ihrer Bank verstanden werden.
6. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit nach kroatischem und EU-Recht zulässig, haftet die Betreiberin von THRIVE LINKED nicht für mittelbare, zufällige, Folge- oder Strafschäden oder für entgangenen Gewinn, Datenverlust oder Rufschädigung, die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen oder damit zusammenhängen. Nichts in diesen Bedingungen beschränkt eine Haftung, die nach geltendem Recht nicht beschränkt werden darf (einschließlich Verbraucherschutzvorschriften).
7. Dienste Dritter
THRIVE LINKED stützt sich auf Drittanbieter (insbesondere Enable Banking, Supabase und Cloudflare). Die Nutzung der Bankdatenfunktionen unterliegt zusätzlich den Bedingungen von Enable Banking und denen Ihrer Bank. Die Betreiberin von THRIVE LINKED haftet nicht für Handlungen oder Unterlassungen dieser Dritten.
8. Datenschutz
Für die Nutzung von THRIVE LINKED gilt zusätzlich die Datenschutzerklärung, die beschreibt, welche personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, wo sie gespeichert sind und welche Rechte Ihnen nach der DSGVO zustehen.
9. Beendigung
Sie können die Nutzung von THRIVE LINKED jederzeit beenden. Sie können Ihre Daten in der App löschen (und die Löschung der in der Cloud gespeicherten Daten über die Kontaktadresse in der Datenschutzerklärung verlangen). Die Betreiberin darf den Zugang für Personen aussetzen oder beenden, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen oder die App missbräuchlich nutzen.
10. Anwendbares Recht
Für diese Bedingungen gilt das Recht der Republik Kroatien sowie geltendes EU-Recht. Für Streitigkeiten, die sich nicht gütlich beilegen lassen, sind die Gerichte in Zagreb, Kroatien, zuständig, unbeschadet zwingender Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Wohnsitzstaates.
11. Änderungen
Diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden; die jeweils geltende Fassung wird stets unter dieser Adresse mit einem neuen Datum „Zuletzt aktualisiert" veröffentlicht. Die weitere Nutzung von THRIVE LINKED nach einer Änderung gilt als Zustimmung zu den geänderten Bedingungen.
